General Foundation Course
The Foundation Course (Stage One) is for beginners seeking more than the
'taster' provided by an Introductory Workshop. It is held in various
formats totalling 6 days of tuition on the non-residential courses. Residential courses are held over one 5 day block.
During this course you will learn the comprehensive technique forms and theory necessary to give a full body Shiatsu Bodywork session for the relief of stress and minor ailments.
This course is the foundation for continuing onto the Shiatsu Bodywork, On-Site Bodywork and Shiatsu Therapy courses. It can however be taken as a standalone course for amateur application.
The Foundation Course syllabus assumes no prior knowledge of any form of Bodywork.
